Refund and cancellation

1. Try before you pay

The free plan lets you run full interviews with reports before you pay, so you can judge PrepUp first.

2. When we refund

• Within 7 days of a payment, if you have used no more than 2 interviews on the paid plan.
• If you were charged twice, or charged for a plan you didn't receive.
• If we discontinue a paid plan you are using: the unused portion.

3. Cancelling

Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period and don't renew automatically. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the payment date and amount. We reply within 3 working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments, usually within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
